The WorkBuddy Hospitality solution delivers a fully automated workforce management solution, allowing the allocation, notification and confirmation of shifts to hospitality employees.
The hospitality industry is notorious for the high number of casual employees, and the associated headaches of managing this staff. University holidays, staff turnover, last minute roster changes, all require the efficient management of employees.
WorkBuddy can resolve many of these problems, through two-way employee-employer interaction.
Hospitality staff can be allocated according to:
- Availability, with staff being able to adjust their own availability online
- Multiple venues or departments
- Minimum and maximum working conditions per week
- Automatic communication of shifts via SMS and email
- Confirmation of shifts via SMS and email
WorkBuddy also has a specialised Event Roster tool, designed to manage specific events being held in your venue.
Timesheets can be integrated with a Time and Collection device, or integrated with your Point-of-Sale. Supervisors can immediately view, edit and approve timesheets at the conclusion of each shift.
Point-of-Sale integration can allow additional reports to be created, including sales to roster costs providing detailed information of the profitability of venues, bars and even tills.
