WorkBuddy makes use of leading technologies such as the Internet, email and mobile-phone SMS text messaging. All upcoming shifts, shift swaps and other information can be automatically sent to an employee’s mobile phone, email address, viewed online or a combination of all three. With inbuilt reply functionality, staff can confirm shifts using the same device (for example, simply hitting the reply button on their mobile phone).
