Roland Handel
Roland manages all new business development for WorkBuddy. This includes developing close relationships with partner companies as well as developing tailored and specific solutions to suit differing business needs. Roland’s underlying philosophy when dealing with all new and existing partners, is to look at developing a long-term relationship in which both organisations ultimately benefit from a close, honest and equal association.
Prior to founding WorkBuddy Roland has worked for MyPrint.com.au, Sun Microsystems and Double Click Australia. In these roles, Roland gained considerable experience in customer relationship management, sales, marketing and research.
Roland holds a combined Commerce (Marketing) with Honours and Law degree from the University of New South Wales, including a short stint at Georgetown University in Washington DC.
Aaron Ng
Aaron leads all new product development at WorkBuddy. Aaron places significant importance on the useability, functionality and the speed of the WorkBuddy application.
Prior to founding WorkBuddy Aaron has worked for MyPrint.com.au, Safecoms and Sun Microsystems. In these roles he gained considerable experience in web development, database design, web security and customer oriented web applications.
Aaron holds a Bachelor (honours) of Software Engineering degree at the University of New South Wales. He has also studied Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign in 2000.
Phillip Nelson
Phillip joined WorkBuddy as the first employee and has been with WorkBuddy ever since. Phillip’s expertise lies in the integration of WorkBuddy with third-party applications, allowing WorkBuddy to be deployed within your existing business environment.
Phillip of a Bachelor of Software Engineering degree from Sydney University.
