Now located in the National Innovation Centre in the Australian Technology Park, WorkBuddy begun it’s humble beginnings in the downstairs garage of Roland Handel and Aaron Ng.
With experience in the Hospitality and Call Centre industries we realised that the way in which employees were being managed was time consuming, administrative, frustrating, but most importantly costly. Hours and hours of management time was being spent each week, creating rosters, approving timesheets, calculating awards and punching data into payroll. This was just not the most efficient use of management time.
With a strong background in software development, customer service and business management, WorkBuddy was born in 2003 and the rest is history.
We look to utilise the latest technologies in Email, SMS and the Internet to delivery time and cost savings solutions. Focused on automation and optimisation, we aim to reduce the amount of time spent managing your workforce.
WorkBuddy have won a string of awards, have received International recognition and continue to develop and enhance our solution everyday.
